CANCELLATION POLICY:  50% refunds are allowed up until one week prior to the event (March 1, 2010).  After this date, there will be no refunds.  Registrants can substitute someone else in their place anytime at no additional cost.  Full refund if exigencies due to military service.

Several payment options will be available after completing the initial registration steps.  Payment options  include:

- PayPal for secure payment processing using a credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance (note that you do not have to register with PayPal when paying with a credit card even though it may used for payment processing).

- Payments can also be made by mailing a check or money order. Click on the above link and select the "Pay offline by cash, check or money order" option and complete the registration.

- non-PayPal payment  - - some organizations which pay for training events with credit cards but do not allow their credit cards to be processed through PayPal may bypass the PayPal processing completing the registration form and, at the bottom of the form select the "Pay offline by cash, check or money order" option and complete the registration. Next call 480-529-0402 for processing of your payment. There will be an additional processing fee of $10 per participant.
