Cost to Exhibit:
Booth spaces are sold in 10x10 foot spaces at a cost of $1000.00/Premium Space and $850.00/Standard Space
Booth spaces are sold on a first come/first served basis.
 
CLEP Corporate Members:
Second exhibit booth at no cost if one is purchased at full cost for the CLEP/LOGSA Seminar or if only one booth space is required – 50% Discount
 
Non-Members:
$1000 or $850 10x10 booth space.  To qualify for the CLEP Corporate Member discount rate on booths, your company must to be a CLEP Corporate Member.  For more information on CLEP Corporate Membership, go to “Membership” on the menu bar at the top of this page or contact:

Exhibit Rate Includes:
Networking social functions in the exhibit hall
Two complimentary full-conference registrations  -  includes all scheduled meal events including lunches, breakfasts, etc.
Conference attendee list
Company Logo and URL Link from CLEP website to company website
One 6 Foot tables and Two Chairs for Booth
 
Exhibit Personnel Registration:
For each 10x10 exhibit space, your organization will be entitled to 2 exhibitor badges.  Your exhibitor badge will allow admittance to all symposium and exhibition events, including receptions, meal functions, and sessions.
Exhibitor booth personnel names must be provided with contract.  After your allotment of two badges, you may register any additional exhibit  booth personnel as conference attendees at attendee rates.  Additional exhibit booth personnel will receive an exhibitor ribbon on their badge which will allow them entry into the exhibit hall at all times.
